Job applicants: your name, contact number, email, résumé/CV, work experience, expected salary, and — if you were referred — the referrer’s name and your relationship to them.
Inquiries: the name, email, company, and message you submit through our contact form.
Newsletter: the email address you provide to receive updates.
Usage data: basic, non-identifying analytics such as pages visited and an anonymous per-browser identifier (stored locally on your device) to understand site traffic.

2. How we use your information

To assess your application and match you with suitable roles.
To endorse your profile to the prospective employer for the role you applied to.
To contact you about your application, interviews, and opportunities.
To respond to inquiries and, where you opted in, to send updates.
To operate, secure, and improve our website.

3. Legal basis & consent

We process your personal data based on the consent you give when you apply or submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in providing recruitment services. You may withdraw consent at any time (see Your rights).

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only:

With the prospective employer/client for the specific role you applied to.
With trusted service providers who help us operate the site (e.g., secure cloud hosting and email delivery), under confidentiality obligations.
When required by law or lawful order.

5. Data retention

We keep applicant data for up to 12 months to consider you for current and future openings, unless you ask us to remove it sooner. Inquiry and newsletter data are kept only as long as needed for their purpose.

6. Security

Your data is stored on secured infrastructure with row-level access controls, accessible only to authorized CNT recruitment staff. While no system is perfectly secure, we take reasonable organizational, physical, and technical measures to protect your information.

7. Your rights

Under RA 10173 you have the right to be informed, to access, to correct, to object, to erasure or blocking, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. 8. Cookies & tracking

We use minimal local storage on your device to hold an anonymous visitor identifier for traffic analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell tracking data. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings.
